	Dr. Lonna Denny D.C. Dr. Denny is the former owner of Optimum Health Chiropractic and now owns San Francisco Spine Pain Relief Center, a Denny Chiropractic Corp. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Mills College and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Denny has won the Excellence in Care Award and the L.C.C.W. Clinic Honors Award.She is a frequent speaker for many government and civic agencies such as the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Dept. of Labor, and San Francisco MUNI.Her most popular health lectures are; how to slow down the aging process, the dangers of the American diet, and understanding how food affects your brain chemistry.Having been a teaching assistant for the Mills College Organic Chemistry Dept., and a tutor for Biochemistry at Life Chiropractic College West, she has valuable insight on improving the mechanical and biochemical aspect of the human body.Dr. Denny has lived in San Francisco for over 30 years. In her free time she enjoys body building, boxing, and being a student of Krav Maga. Her passion in life is to help people enjoy the best health possible so they can enjoy the best life possible.
	Certified Massage Therapist, Cory Cook Cory Cook is our Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. For those looking for general relaxation, tissue healing, and increasing ones energy flow. Each massage is tailored to the individuals needs. I also do On-site chair massage for city organizations such as Muni and DPT. I graduated from San Francisco School of Massage in 2006 at the top of my class. The focus of my work is in restoring a sense of connection and balance between body and mind.
	Office Manager Jill Hass Jill is an experienced receptionist and insurance expert. She will help you verify insurance coverage, bill Health Savings Accounts, or provide whatever documentation you may need for your insurance company.
